fix: 将环境变量从develop改为trial并限制服务数量最大值为3

- 修改getUrl.js中的current变量值以匹配当前测试环境需求
- 调整serviceNew2.vue中customServiceCount组件的max属性，将最大值从10改为3以符合业务规则
