fix: 修改环境配置为测试环境并启用微信分享调试

修改config/index.js中的环境配置从dev改为test
在utils/share.js中启用微信分享的debug模式
在cash.vue中添加H5平台特定的提现类型参数
清理promote.vue中冗余的商户号注释
